Global Terms of Service for BikeWise Software

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using the BikeWise software ("Software"), users ("You" or "User") worldwide agree to be bound by these Global Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

2. Compliance with Local Laws: The Software is designed to comply with major international regulations, including those in the European Union, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

3. Data Protection and Privacy: BikeWise is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. Our data processing practices are designed to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the EU, along with relevant data protection laws in the USA, UK, CA and AUS. 4. Consumer Rights: The Software respects consumer rights as per the local laws of the user. This includes adherence to consumer protection laws in the EU, USA, UK, and Australia, which provide certain statutory rights regarding the use of digital products and services.

5. Limitation of Liability for Bike Part Compatibility: While BikeWise endeavors to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of bike part compatibility information. BikeWise shall not be liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or reliance on the provided information.Users agree to independently verify bike part compatibility and assume full responsibility for their decisions.

6. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the Software are owned by or licensed to BikeWise. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Software per these Terms.

7. Modification of Terms: BikeWise reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law: These Terms are designed to be globally applicable. In the event of any dispute, claims shall be resolved in a manner that seeks to comply with the jurisdictional and legal requirements of the country in which the user resides.

9. Miscellaneous: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and BikeWise regarding the Software.
